                  Eduardo Mutuc is a Kapampangan skilled craftsman of plated silver religious and secular art. From the tiniest piece of metalwork to the forty-foot retablos he creates, his exquisite artistry and attention to detail are evident. In 2004, he was given the Gawad sa Manlilikha ng Bayan, or National Living Treasures Award. Eduardo Mutuc and his son Edwin led a two-hour class that taught participants the fundamentals of the skill for which Mr. Mutuc is known.
